A housing estate and a trade section of Mazalat and Evropa Triko companies are situated near the public center of the panel flat compound of Sevlievo.
The compound consists of four five-floor sections whose area is 9500 m2. On their ground floors trade sections facing the main street and the center of the compound are established. Underground garages with a ramp are designed in the basement. One of the sections is completed, the rough construction of the second is finished.
The building process began in 2006. The flats are maximally opened to south where it is sunny and quiet. Conversely, the trade sections face the busy main street.
High quality materials and new technologies were used during the building process.
The work on the project included the creation of the plat, the preparation of the preliminary plan, the application plan, the working drawing, specifications for tenders and the control during the building process.
