The center for meeting guests and running seminars of Panacea company, located in the picturesque Balkan village Valevtsi, was designed in 2006 and built in 2006-2007. The area of the building is 400 square meters. It is situated on the inclined terrain. Outside the building reminds of an Alpine hut, the roof is double pitch roof. Only natural materials were used – wooden facing, stone, plaster, roof-tiles.
The work on the project includes the creation of the plat, the preparation of the preliminary plan, the application plan and the working drawing
