The office building of Europa Trico company is located in the village of Ryahovtsite (near Sevlievo). It was designed in 2004. It is a two-story solid building. On the second floor, which is at the same level as the entrance, the office room of the director is situated; the personnel’s rooms of the production department are on the first floor and their entrance is from the yard. The director’s office room has a cylindrical shape and windows through which the yard can be seen. This allows the director to observe the whole working process easily.
The office building was built between 2004-2005.
The work on the project included the preparation of the preliminary plan, the application plan, the working drawing, specifications for tenders and the control during the building process.
