The shoe factory of Arevik company in Gabrovo was designed in 2006. The building process was finished in 2007. The factory is located in the northern industrial zone in Gabrovo and is on a steep terrain. The composition of the building follows the configuration of the terrain. The displacement of the terrain caused that in the western part of the building a floor at a level of -3.00 meters was designed. It is a solid construction made of reinforced concrete in it there are the basic sanitary facilities, the administration, a café and the technical halls. The slab over this story is without beams. The second floor is at a level of +0.00 m. Its construction is made of steel.
The work on the project included the preparation of the preliminary plan, the application plan, the working drawing and control of the building process.
